Arvada Gardens held its first annual community sale on July 29. We would like to thank all the participants, and all community
members for cooperating by leaving the south parking lot vacant during the sale.
Arvada Gardens welcomes our new maintenance director, Marty, who will be available during afternoon and weekend hours around
the community.

I am pleased to note that the webpage is back up and running. For several weeks I was having update problems do to a webshell
